The original hairstylist I had booked was not available so they put me with another person. Which was fine, all I wanted was a layered cut because my ...curls were growing I told her it looked like she was cutting a lot and she said because it’s layers but that it wasn’t short in the back, I kept telling her it was short and she kept saying no it’s beautiful. I had to straighten it when I got home because my curls were so short it turned into a fro because of how much she cut and after straightening it I noticed even more how terrible she cut my hair. There’s gaps, different lengths, looks like a boxy bob in some parts. All around horrible cut. All I wanted was to reshape my curls and in one service she ruined everything. If you have curly hair, I do not recommend this place for any haircuts. Show more

Loved going here! It reminded me of all of the salons back in my home country of Colombia. The girls were super busy when I came in for my appointment... and warned me that it would be a little bit before they could attend me, but they got me in the chair for my haircut 10 minutes after my appointment time. The haircut was EXACTLY what I wanted and it was super quick! I will definitely be coming here regularly! Sooo thankful I found this place! Show more

My experience was awful. I went to my appointment at 111 am as scheduled and when I showed up the 10 am appointment was sitting waiting as well. I thi...nk that if we make an appointment through Booksy I expect to be seated at my appointment time. To make matters worse the stylist was not present at the moment so meaning I was not going to get my hair done which I didn’t because I left very dissatisfied with my hair not done due to waiting. I will not book with your salon again. The appointment system needs to be better, we have events to go to and expect service at time of booking. Show more
