The technician roxy (roxana) didn’t pay attention on the appointment on booksy so she didn’t know that she had the appointment with me. I drove 26 min...utes to get to my appointment on time and the lady asked me to come back in about three or four hours to see if somebody is available. That’s not nice. I do not recommend this person. Show more
