All policies are set in place for the safety, pleasure, and Comfort of both Myself and my clients
$20 Deposit Needs to be made via cash App ($21) or Zelle ($20) when booking your Appointment to secure your spot. No Deposit, No Appointment. Deposit goes towards your service and is subtracted from your total cost.
There is a No Company policy. Bringing someone with you to your appointment could result in an automatic cancellation and your appointment deposit will be forfeited if not previously approved by me.
All Cancellations need to be made 24hrs in advance
Any last-minute cancellation/same day resorts in an automatic forfeit of your deposit
There is a 15-minute grace period, and a $5 late fee charge in which must be deposited via cash app or Zelle prior to attending appointment (You being late affects the next clients App.)
20min late to Apt. Results in automatic cancellation and deposits are non-refundable; $5 Cancellation fee is required upon re-booking
MUST call 24 HRS in advance to avoid being charged Cancellation Fee upon next booking
I Do not work on top of others therefore a soak-off is required if original set was not done by me (This is to ensure that I provide you top quality)
