Unprofessional. Rude. Changed my appointment then I text her to ask where am I coming to? an actual business or an apartment ? she tells me “doesnt ma...tter”. Then tells me to look up the address on google. So I get there and it’s an apartment complex. Then once I arrive she doesn’t answer the phone then texted saying she’s going to be another 30 mins so after 30 min I text back and she tells me another 10 min. The whole thing was just sketchy and unprofessional. Show more

I’m so sorry you had such a horrible experience. In my defense, the phone number you used to book your appointment was a completely different number from the one you called from and I felt unsafe, your tone was also aggressive and I explained that and apologized for any inconvenience soon as you sat in my chair. Please be conscious that Last minute appointments are due to change in waiting time because last minute means that I am accommodating you to my already Scheduled day. Either way you had more than enough time to cancel your appointment and walk away I would’ve gladly gave you your deposit back, but I still serviced you in a unexplainable amount of time allow me to quote your words " didn’t know it would be that fast " got that on camera. You also could’ve googled my address and answered your own question ( I wasn't being rude just honest ). As a single mother working frome home 24 hours 7 days a week I assure you no one would've serviced you last minute like I did. Rather than give me a bad review and try to hurt my business and take food out my family's plates why not also comment on how I explained that you made me feel unsafe ( in a Gun State ) because I had no clue who was calling. To book an appnt, have a conversation with me, walk away with no complaints and give me a review two weeks after your appointment is beyond me.. ME AND MY FAMILIES SAFETY IS ALWAYS A PRIORITY … before anyone's ego or money. Be blessed.

She told me her braids would last 3 weeks with the products she uses and didn’t even last a day. She told me it was up to the customer to maintain th...eir hair in which I did. I used 3 wraps on my hair to make sure it was in place and they still came out in the bottom. Then she told me to come through to fix them and I asked her if there was a charge and she said $25. Poor customer service more about the bread $. It’s cool I’ll find another one. It’s not about getting anything for free. It’s about making your clients happy. Money has never been an issue but for 2 braids $45 bucks never in my life nor have they come out in one day. Horrible service Thanks 👎🏼 Show more

It’s your responsibility to maintain your braids after my work is done. I work from home with a toddler and my schedule is full. You want me to stop my schedule to accommodate you for free ! Sounds fair ? I have a minimum payment, everyone is allowed to thier own terms! Now your not the only one in this world with long hair whom gets braids. Everyone who wraps a their hair, the way I explained, will never have the issue your having now. If you take your time to compare your one review with all the others I have it will be easy to see that I AM GOOD AT WHAT I DO and I love my job , 20yrs in the business. Have a great day !
