Bri did a good job my hair looks nice but the only problem is that i paid for interlocking because I dive and i need to be able to get it wet without ...it all coming down. She did not do that. My hair is palm rolled which means i cannot get it wet so not only did i pay for a service that wasn't what was advertised i also will need to go get it redone again once it all comes down. They are nice while they last though. Show more

Hello there, I’m sorry that you were unsatisfied with your service. I would like to say the only method I use on everyone is interlocking w/ palm roll. I do not use the tool because is does not maintain the integrity of the hair and can cause irreversible damage. I did take the time to stop and explain this to you further when you expressed concern and you proceeded to tell me that it was okay to continue in which I did. There was never a time throughout your appointment that you expressed that were unsatisfied with the service you received. I apologize for any misunderstanding but I was led to believe there was no issue with your service.
