This is probably my son’s 3rd time getting a cut from Ro. The first time we went was by chance because his usual barber kept canceling his appointment.... So, we googled a barbershop, did a walk in and she did great. My 15 year old is not the social type and usually just wants to get in and get out. Ro is professional, gets my son in and out and makes sure he looks great and that he also likes it before we leave. I booked on a Monday because she had availability all day . She was mad when I sat in chair rushed my simple taper in 18 min and pushed my hairline to... the top of my head. I don’t believe I was mad about anything but you never know I could’ve been having one of those days, I apologize you feel like I rushed your cut but you only get a side taper and not the back also I apologize for the push back but it was kinda hard to get clean with the extra hair on your forehead
